Therefore, all obligations regarding the protection and storage of the Member's Name and Password belong to the Member. In the event of a dispute as to who the membership belongs to, ALTEK may request the relevant documents and information regarding the determination of the membership. In the event that such information and documents cannot be provided or clear information about membership is still not available, ALTEK may continue the transactions by accepting the real or legal person from the Member's account as the Member, and has the right to freeze or cancel the Membership.

 

4.8. The User and the Member shall act in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, all the terms and conditions specified on the website, the applicable legislation and ethical rules in the transactions and correspondence carried out on the Website, and the measures required by the legislation regarding taxpayer or similar titles in all transactions carried out by him/her through the Website. declares that it is obliged to fulfill the procedural and procedural procedures, that it understands and accepts these rules and conditions. 4.9. ARTICLE 9. NOTIFICATION
All notifications to be sent to the parties related to this Agreement will be made via ALTEK's known e-mail address and the e-mail address specified by the user in the membership form. The user agrees that the address he/she specified while signing up is a valid notification address, that he/she will notify the other party in writing within 5 days in case of change, otherwise the notifications to this address will be deemed valid.

 

ARTICLE 10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
In all kinds of disputes that may arise between the parties for the transactions related to this contract, the books, records and documents of the Parties, computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Law of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the user agrees that he will not object to these records.

 

ARTICLE 11. INTEGRITY
The invalidity, illegality and invalidity of any provision of this agreement or any statement contained in the agreement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
