Stock Order Delivery Times
Stock orders up to a 100kg ordered online between 08:00 -14:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders over 100kg will be sent with a lorry with the payments covered by the sender. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped using a lorry or cargo the following day.
Certificate and Bill of Lading
Product certificates and bill of landings will be emailed to the customer the moment the product leaves our warehouse.
Water Jet and CNC Times
CNC, Water jet cutting, or aluminium custom cutting orders will be priced within 24 hours of their receival. The cutting duration will differ based on the cutting quality and the availability of the machine. Our team will notify you when the product is shipped.
Conditions for Returning a Product
Our company only accepts product returns if a product has been cut outside of the promised cutting , flatness or thickness tolerances. We also accept returns if there is a problem with the materials inner quality is outside of the promised standard norms: EN/AMS/ASTM. If there is a problem with you order, please immediately contact our sales team.
