We can cut any alloyed aluminium plate at thicknesses, ranging from min. 6 mm to max. 600 mm, at the requested widths and lengths.

In Turkey, cuttings are generally made up to 150 mm in thickness at different tolerances. In the thicknesses above 150 mm, there are usually serious quality deviations in the tolerances and the dimensions. In our service center, we are able to produce aluminium plate cuttings at +/- 0.2 mm tolerance. Our aluminium plate cutting machines can cut to size the material at the thicknesses and length that you need.
 

We can cut all aluminium materials at +/- 0.2 mm tolerance at a full diagonal/square. In doing so we are able to reduce your CNC machining process time.
 

We produce 5083 alloyed aluminium cast plates under the brand name of Aludur. This product can be produced in the following sizes:
 

• Min. 6 mm / Max. 4020 mm in thickness
• Max. 2020 mm in width
• Max. 600 mm in length

We are able to quickly cut the round and flat bar aluminium pieces with our machines. Generally speaking, we cut the diameters and flat bars up to 90 mm in our İkitelli retail store. The pieces above 90 mm are cut in our Gebze factory. Our aluminium rod & flat bar cutting tolerance is +/-0.1 mm.
 

We are able to cut all types of aluminium sheets to size. If requested, we can also cut to length aluminium sheets from coils. Our cutting tolerances are between +/- 0.2 mm and +/- 0.5 mm and can be adjusted according to the needs of our customers.
 

In the Turkish aluminium sector, extruded aluminium rods are generally produced up to max. 120 mm in diameter. The diameters between 120 mm and 250 mm are imported. For the diameters between 250 mm and 600 mm, cast billets are serviced to the market. Unfortunately the mechanical & dimensional properties of these larger diameters is not up to the industry standards. 

In our service center, with we are able to cut the diameters above 250 mm at required industrial mechanical standards. We first cut aluminium plates as squares and then cut them as rods through our circular cutting capability. We are able to cut diameters between 250 mm to 2500 mm at +/- 1 mm tolerance. Through this production method, we are able to manufacture pieces up to 510 mm in length and 2500 mm in diameter at 1mm closeness to the sizes ordered. As a result we minimize the amount of scrap aluminium produced.
